After many years as a partner at several of Canada’s leading law firms, Will founded Socium Law to create a modern, entrepreneurial practice built on exceptional client service and business focused legal advice. Drawing on a wealth of experience in corporate and securities law, Will built a firm known for practical guidance, responsiveness, and a focus on being in partnership with the clients to become their largest legal ally. Since launching the firm in 2018, Will has overseen its steady growth while continuing to advise clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and strategic planning. He also serves as Corporate Secretary for several companies and acts as an advisor to the TSX Venture Exchange, providing seasoned executive insight built through decades of legal and business experience. Will and his team focus on helping clients achieve their objectives with practical, business‑minded advice delivered the way Socium promises it should be – as a trusted ally and partner at every step.
